OK i dont get the portal stuff its very confusing can somone tell me how it works!! and one more question...why aint im on the mem.list....

You are on the member list xD Or at least you should be.
For the portal, you simply sign-in(create whatever name you want), then you enter your messages and click "enter" to show them. =D
